Officers

Nicole is the originating founder of the organization. She loves helping and volunteering in her home community. She has lived her whole life in Hancock County and loves to support the people by making them smile. Graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 2023, Nicole his attending the University of Cincinnati, to study Media Production.

 Kim is co-founder.  As a wife of a retired law enforcement officer, she recognized the increasing danger that LEOs face within a growing distrusting community. In discussing these matters with her daughter, she provided the avenue for Nicole to express her support for community relations with the hopes of changing perceptions. Kim continues to provide support in multiple capacity with the organization.

Brian is the Chief of the Shirley Police Department and comes to us with past experience in working with nonprofit organizations. Brian was very instrumental in helping us start Blue Angel Connect back in 2016.

Melissa is a lifelong resident of Hancock County with a deep passion for helping others. She recognizes the challenges and dangers that civil servants face daily and is committed to supporting them through her work. With a heart for service, Melissa brings valuable insight and a dedication to making a difference in the lives of both community members and law enforcement. 

Melissa continues to champion efforts that promote safety, support, and positive change.
