Sgt. Zachary Fuhrman
Sgt. Zachary Fuhrman has been a Blue Angel Connect hero for many years. He was always eager to provide any support to our cause and never hesitated to lend a helping hand. He would be happy to help in shopping for families, picking them up for our events, serving food to people who really needed a good meal. His smile was infections and always on display. He will forever be remembered in the Blue Angel Connect family. Please help support this great cause founded in his name.
The Sgt. Zachary Fuhrman Memorial Scholarship shall be awarded to a graduating senior who intends to pursue a profession in the line of Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice. Sgt. Fuhrman dedicated his time to protecting and advocating for his community. He served as a Sargent for the Shirley Police Department, a full time SRO and a strong supporter for Blue Angel Connect. His positive, warm and friendly approach to his occupation provided comfort and peace to all who encountered him. This fund was established by Blue Angel Connect to honor his memory for his ever-present smile and strong support to his community.
We announce the loss of a hero to our cause. Sergeant Fuhrman had been a part of our team and had contributed to many of our events, including the annual Holiday Hope program. Unfortunately, he passed away too soon. Rest in peace, dear friend.
